Once a problem is resolved you will be notified by email which will include used and pending support times.

*We require access to your server (cPanel & FTP) and Joomla (Super Administrator) administration panel to resolve the problems.
*Work is done directly on your website. We’ll temporarily turn off your Joomla website while the work is being done.
*We make backups of any modified files ONLY. Entire site backup is considered support time.
